Terms & Conditions –
  1. No Refund Due to Natural Calamities:Refunds will not be processed in the event of natural disasters or weather-related disruptions, including but not limited to heavy rain, storms, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or any other unforeseen environmental conditions that may affect the safety or feasibility of the event.
  2. No Refund for Personal Reasons:Participants who are unable to attend due to personal circumstances — such as illness, injury, change of travel plans, family emergencies, or any other personal commitments — will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  3. No Refund in Case of Public Health EmergenciesNo refunds shall be applicable if the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or affected due to public health emergencies, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics (e.g., COVID-19, etc.).
  4. No Refund for Event Postponement If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to any unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns, regulatory directions, or logistical challenges, registration fees will be carried forward to the new date. However, no refunds will be issued.
  5. Non-Transferable Registration:Registrations are non-transferable. Participants cannot transfer their registration or ticket to another individual or another event edition.
  6. No Partial Refunds or Adjustments No partial refunds will be made for services not utilized (e.g., race kit, t-shirt, refreshments, etc.) or if a participant chooses to withdraw mid-event or does not show up on the event day.
  7. Force Majeure Clause:The organizers shall not be held liable for failure to perform or deliver obligations due to causes beyond their control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, fire, or government regulations.
  8. Medical Fitness & Responsibility:By registering, participants confirm that they are physically and medically fit to take part in the event. If any participant has an existing medical condition, it must be mentioned clearly at the time of registration. The organizers will not be held responsible for any illness, injury, or medical emergency that may occur before, during, or after the event.
  9. Participation Rules:
    • Participants must be at least 15 years old.
    • Participants must follow all instructions provided by the event organizers and security personnel.
    • Any misconduct, unlawful behavior, or violation of event guidelines may result in disqualification.
  10. Liability Disclaimer: The organizers will not be held responsible for any kind of loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or physical injury that may happen before, during, or after the event.Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal items throughout the event.
  11. Jurisdiction in Case of Disputes:In the event of any dispute, complaint, or legal matter arising out of or in connection with this event, the jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.By registering, the participant agrees that any legal proceedings shall be initiated only in the appropriate courts of Bhopal.
